Description
Position Overview The Print Operator is responsible primarily for producing high-quality printed rolls of paper that will be used for dye sublimation. This role ensures attention to detail, accuracy, color consistency, and adherence to production standards while supporting workflow efficiency within the Print Department.
Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Essential Job Functions
Print jobs on multiple printers
Perform quality control checks and communicate any issues to manager/supervisor
Maintain an organized & clean production area
Perform daily & scheduled maintenance on all printers to ensure equipment quality, safety, & performance are met
Knowledge of parts and materials
Complete material requisition forms
Observe safety requirements in all duties
Perform other duties, as requested
Qualifications
Short and long-term planning with strong organizational abilities
Good attendance and punctuality
Ability to multi-task various projects with high level of detail
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and team player
Education and Experience
High School Diploma/GED, required
Basic computer skills Physical Demands
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Requires standing, walking or bending for entire shift. Work Conditions
Overtime (or ability to work irregular hours) may be required to meet project deadlines.
Must be capable of completing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Manufacturing environment: may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, dust or dirt
