Position

Functional Consultant ERP / Supply Chain

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Functional Consultant to work closely with customers and internal teams to understand business requirements, design functional solutions, configure ERP modules, and support successful project implementation.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of business processes across Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, Warehouse, and related ERP functions, along with good client-facing and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer business processes, requirements, and operational challenges.
• Conduct requirement gathering, discovery, and functional workshops with customers.
• Map business requirements to ERP functionalities and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), process flows, and other functional documentation.
• Configure ERP modules based on approved business requirements.
• Work closely with technical teams for customizations, integrations, reports, and workflows.
• Conduct solution demonstrations and walkthroughs for customers.
• Prepare test scenarios and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate data migration activities and validate migrated data.
• Provide user training and prepare training materials.
• Manage functional queries, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support go-live activities and provide post-implementation support.
• Maintain clear documentation of requirements, decisions, configurations, and action items.
• Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and gaps and communicate them to the project team.
• Coordinate effectively with Project Managers, Developers, QA teams, and customer stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of ERP and Supply Chain processes.

• Good understanding of ERP implementation methodologies.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Experience

• 3+ years of experience in ERP Functional Consulting or ERP Implementation.
• Experience working on Supply Chain/ERP implementation projects.
• Experience with ERP customization, integrations, workflows, and reporting.
• Experience conducting client workshops, UAT, training, and go-live support.
