Test Engineer at Tech Mahindra in Pune

1. Hands-on experience with SDLC methodologies - Waterfall and Agile model

2. Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)

3. Good understanding of Telecom OSS/BSS concepts

4. Experience in Testing Telecom OSS/BSS projects (at least one End-to-End)

5. Experienced in testing telecom applications such as:

1. CRM systems

2. Rating/Charging & Billing systems

6. Experience in testing different domains:

1. Mobile services (Prepaid/Postpaid)

2. Fixed-line services

3. Mobile applications

7. Familiarity with Ericsson and NetCracker systems (added advantage)

Technical Skills:-

1. Experienced in using Unix and SQL commands as part of day-to-day testing activities

2. Hands-on experience with JIRA for defect tracking

3. Experience in test automation using Selenium with Cucumber framework (BDD approach)

4. Strong expertise in automating APIS using:

1. SOAP APIs

2. REST APIs

3. Database (DB) validation
