Hard skills: Software Development Life Cycle; Oracle CPQ development skills; API integration concepts: request/response, status codes, authentication/authorization;

Data handling and reliability: JSON/XML/CSV, input validation, error handling, logging/monitoring; Release & change control: configuration management, environment promotion, versioning, code reviews.

Quality basics: test design (unit/integration), technical documentation, release notes; Agile Scrum ceremonies
Soft skills: Clear written and verbal communication in English; Effective teamwork; Analytical thinking and structured problemsolving.

Ownership and prioritization; Service orientation toward users/stakeholders; Attention to detail and time management
