Job Summary

The Senior Marketing & Business Development Manager will drive business growth through strategic marketing, customer acquisition, and business partnerships. The role will focus on expanding the company's e-commerce presence, and driving revenue through effective marketing and business development strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to increase brand visibility, customer acquisition, sales, and market share.

• Drive the growth of the company's e-commerce platform and BNPL services through targeted digital campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.

• Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships with retailers, electronics and appliance vendors, merchants, and other relevant business partners.

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engines, and other online channels to generate leads and drive customer conversions.

• Identify new market opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and develop strategies to expand the company's customer base and merchant network.

• Lead customer acquisition and retention initiatives, ensuring effective customer engagement, repeat purchases, and increased transaction volumes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing, business development, or commercial management, preferably within e-commerce, or BNPL businesses.

• Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, customer acquisition campaigns, and business growth initiatives.

• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, and Buy Now Pay Later models.

• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic partnerships, acquire merchants, negotiate commercial agreements, and drive revenue growth.

• ₦500,000 – ₦700,000 Monthly
