Summary: Team Wireless is a Verizon Authorized Retailer offering wireless products and services. The Wireless Sales Associate will provide outstanding guest service, educate customers about Verizon offerings, support sales efforts, and maintain an appealing retail store environment.

Responsibilities:
- Providing an outstanding guest experience at our incredible locations
- Utilizing outreach tools to help educate guests about the amazing deals and services at Team Wireless, an authorized agent of Verizon Wireless
- Creating an amazing customer environment by maintaining the store appearance and ensuring all inventory is on display and looking fantastic!

Required Qualifications:
- Strong person to person communication skills
- A customer service and sales mindset and attitude
- Basic computer, Microsoft office and Apple and/or Android knowledge
- Motivated to learn
- Driven to be successful and grow your skills
- Reliable, punctual with a flexible schedule to work some nights, weekends, and holidays
