Job Description
Summary: TDS Telecom is a provider of high-speed internet, TV entertainment, and phone services across the U.S. They are seeking a Field Services Data Analytics Intern to gain hands-on experience working on multiple projects, including GIS, addressing, and data review.
Responsibilities:
- Build, analyze, and administer our network, server, and security related infrastructure
- Research plant records and technology platforms to serve our customers
- Work with a variety of addressing and records systems to identify service opportunities
- Evaluate network delivery technologies and understand network engineering leading-edge technologies
- Migrate from legacy to Cloud-based solutions
- Manage a variety of hardware devices through support and upgrades
- Evaluate network equipment and leading-edge technologies
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Must be able to complete working hours between M-F 8-5pm
- Must be able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Must be 18+ years of age
