Job Description:
Help build the next generation of AI-powered solutions across Procurement, Human Resources, and Legal technology platforms.
You'll design, develop, and deploy modern applications, intelligent automations, AI agents, and digital products that transform how our business operates. Working across Python, React, Angular, REST APIs, cloud services, and Generative AI technologies, you'll create scalable solutions that drive productivity, streamline processes, and unlock business value.
This role combines full-stack software engineering with cutting-edge AI innovation. You'll leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, AI orchestration frameworks, custom copilots, intelligent workflows, and modern development practices to solve complex business problems and deliver impactful user experiences.
JOB DESCRIPTION
CUSTOMER
Work with stakeholders, internal technology partners to ensure engineering solutions meet technical direction, requirements, performance, time-to-market and innovation goals
Monitor product lifecycles, ensuring specifications and functionality support business objectives and engineering decisions, undertaking re-development where required
Document and verify system components, applications, system infrastructure, security, integration, operability and engineering related architecture designs associated with a program or project
Participate in quality management reviews, in particular reviews of the designs, prototypes and other requirements work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements
Develop as-built program activities to establish the level of detail needed using configuration management processes
Create and maintain quality code, ensure defect free programming consistent with standards; provide code maintenance and support during testing cycles
Provide technical expertise during Incident management, analyze incident reports and outages, perform impact assessment for incidents and facilitate internal and external communication throughout incident resolution
Participate in identifying and recommending development / testing solutions / tools in support of project / application objectives

Contribute to the success of the team by willingly assisting others in the completion and performance of work activities; provide training, coaching and/or guidance as appropriate.

BREADTH & DEPTH
Intermediate knowledge of software engineering, AI technologies, prompt engineering, automation frameworks and app development (Python, React, Angular, REST API, Azure + more)
Demonstrates curiosity and an innovation mindset with a strong desire to learn emerging technologies and AI capabilities.
Comfortable experimenting with new tools and approaches while balancing innovation, risk management, and delivery objectives.
Works under guidance on moderately complex technical initiatives while continuously building expertise in AI, software engineering, and business domains.
