TCT Federal Credit Union

Member Service Representative

Onsite | Hourly Rate: $18.50 - $25.00

Be a friendly face that helps members feel confident, cared for, and supported.

At TCT Federal Credit Union, we believe banking should feel personal. Our mission is rooted in putting People over Profits and helping members build better financial lives. As a Member Service Representative, you’ll be one of the first people our members meet—and one of the reasons they feel welcomed, respected, and supported when they walk through our doors.

If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, learning new skills, and being part of a team that truly cares about its community, this could be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll support members with everyday financial transactions while creating a positive, professional, and memorable service experience. You’ll help members feel comfortable, ask and answer questions, identify solutions, and connect them with services that support their holistic financial well-being.

You will:

• Greet members warmly and create a friendly, welcoming experience.
• Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, credit card payments, and other transactions.
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer with care and attention to detail.
• Answer member questions in person and by phone.
• Help members with account updates, service requests, and basic e-services support.
• Listen carefully, ask questions, problem-solve thoughtfully, and connect members with the right resources.
• Support fraud prevention by staying alert and following procedures.
• Share information about products and services that may benefit members.
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused branch environment.
• Help keep the branch lobby and work areas organized, stocked, and ready to serve members.

What Makes This Role Exciting

This is more than a transaction-based role. As a Member Service Representative, you’ll have the opportunity to build relationships by making someone’s day better, helping members navigate important financial moments, and grow your knowledge in the credit union industry. Every conversation is a chance to build trust, strengthen relationships, and make a real difference.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, friendly, detail-oriented, and excited to learn. The right candidate will bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in helping others.

Ideal candidates will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good basic math skills.
• The ability to stay organized and accurate in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using computers, business equipment, and related applications.
• A professional, reliable, and member-focused approach.
• Cash handling experience preferred but not required.
• The ability to pass a criminal background and bondability check.
