Objetivo del puesto: Rol estratégico dentro del área financiera enfocado en la automatización de bases de datos, digitalización de procesos y creación de soluciones tecnológicas (robots, scripts, dashboards) para eficientar operaciones financieras y administrativas en un entorno oil & gas midstream. El puesto NO requiere experiencia profunda en finanzas, pero sí la capacidad de entender flujos financieros para transformarlos en procesos automatizados, escalables y confiables. Responsabilidades Principales Analizar procesos actuales del área financiera (reporting, conciliaciones, controles, cargas de información, validaciones) e identificar oportunidades de automatización y mejora continua. Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener bases de datos automatizadas, integrando información de diferentes fuentes (ERP, Excel, sistemas operativos, archivos planos). Crear robots, macros o scripts para eliminar tareas manuales repetitivas y reducir errores operativos. Automatizar reportes financieros y operativos mediante dashboards dinámicos y soluciones de BI. Colaborar con equipos de Finanzas, IT y Operaciones para traducir necesidades de negocio en soluciones tecnológicas. Documentar procesos automatizados y asegurar transferencia de conocimiento. Proponer e implementar nuevas herramientas tecnológicas que incrementen la eficiencia del área. Asegurar calidad de datos, trazabilidad y cumplimiento de controles internos. Requerimientos: Escolaridad propuesta: Ingeniería (Sistemas, Industrial, Computación, Mecatrónica, Afín), Tecnologías de la Información, Matemáticas o afín. Experiencia en: Analítica de Datos / Sistemas, Automatización de procesos (RPA, macros, scripts, workflows). Manejo y estructuración de bases de datos. Eficientización de procesos administrativos o financieros. Deseable experiencia en sectores industriales, energía, oil & gas, utilities o manufactura (Deseable). Conocimiento o manejo de SAP (Deseable) Conocimientos Técnicos Clave Excel avanzado (macros, Power Query, Power Pivot). SQL (consultas, extracción y transformación de datos). Automatización de procesos (RPA, scripts, bots). Manejo de grandes volúmenes de datos. Power BI / Tableau / herramientas de BI. Python, VBA u otros lenguajes de automatización. Integración de datos entre sistemas (ERP, archivos planos, APIs). Conocimiento básico de procesos financieros (no contabilidad profunda). Idiomas Inglés (indispensable) Capaz de mantener reuniones técnicas, documentar procesos y colaborar con equipos internacionales.
