About Taubman Financial

Taubman Financial Management (TFM) operates on a core principle: every diligent individual and household should have access to the same sophisticated financial strategies utilized by the wealthy. Established in 2008, our agency assists families in safeguarding assets, preparing for retirement, and establishing a secure financial base without the need for confusion, high-pressure tactics, or gimmicks.

Our focus is dedicated to serving the working class, including middle-income households, blue-collar employees, and small business owners who require practical solutions over generic products. We offer comprehensive services ranging from financial and retirement planning to debt management, life insurance, and investment advice, all supported by partnerships with top-tier insurance and investment carriers.

We are expanding our team with dedicated, compassionate professionals who seek to make a tangible impact while building a fulfilling career. If you are eager to assist others in achieving financial independence and wish to contribute to our mission, we invite you to connect with us.

The Opportunity

We are seeking ambitious, self-directed individuals to join our expanding network of licensed life insurance agents. This role is truly entrepreneurial, granting you full control over your schedule, income potential, and career trajectory. There are no mandatory quotas to meet and no ceilings on your commission earnings; increased effort and strategic work directly translate to higher rewards.

Whether you are an established producer seeking a more favorable commission split or a newcomer eager to enter the field, you will receive the necessary training, lead generation support, and carrier access to build a sustainable book of business that generates income for years to come.

If you do not currently hold a license, that is not a barrier. We can connect you with an exceptional prelicensing program at a reduced cost, enabling you to become licensed and begin earning promptly.
