Key Responsibilities

• Drive Life Insurance sales and achieve monthly business targets.
• Generate leads through references, existing customers, and market networking.
• Meet prospective customers and provide financial protection solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct need-based selling and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Ensure timely policy issuance and smooth customer onboarding.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products to existing customers.
• Deliver excellent post-sales service and maintain customer retention.
• Work closely with Sales Managers to achieve branch goals.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM/LMS and adhere to compliance standards.

Candidate Profile

Education

• Graduate in any stream.

Experience

• Minimum 6 months of sales experience.
• Candidates from Insurance, Banking, BFSI, Telecom, Retail, Consumer Durable, CASA, Credit Card, Loan Sales, and Field Sales backgrounds are preferred.
