Showroom Sales Manager – Abu Dhabi

A leading company specializing in luxury custom kitchens and wardrobes is looking for a highly experienced Showroom Sales Manager to join its team in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities:

• Achieve the showroom’s monthly sales target
• Manage, motivate, and monitor the sales team
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and ongoing opportunities
• Convert showroom visitors and inquiries into confirmed projects
• Prepare weekly sales forecasts and performance reports
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable designs, materials, and solutions
• Ensure excellent customer service from consultation to contract signing

Requirements:

• Strong UAE experience in kitchen, wardrobe, or interior-fit-out sales
• Proven record of achieving monthly sales targets
• Interior design and space-planning knowledge
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and take full responsibility for showroom performance
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage
