The Production Planning Intern will work closely with the ERP Demand Planner and Production Planning Manager to analyze project timelines and coordinate production schedules with various departments to ensure efficient manufacturing processes. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with project scheduling, engineering, manufacturing, and accounting teams at TAS to ensure alignment of production plans with project timelines and resource availability - Participate in project team meetings to provide insights and updates on production schedules, resource allocation, and procurement status - Work closely with Scheduling and Document Controls departments to maintain accurate records of production schedules, resource utilization, and document revisions - Monitor and track procurement items against project schedules, coordinating with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components - Tracking procurement items against project schedules - Complete Capstone Project Capstone - Other duties as assigned by TAS Required Qualifications: - Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel - Currently enrolled and pursuing a degree in engineering or project management Important Skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Project Management Nice-to-Have Skills: Data Analysis, Collaboration
