Summary: Tarkett Sports is a world leader in sports construction and surfacing, providing architectural design services and solutions. The Project Architect Intern will support the team by assisting in project design, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing project schedules and documentation. Responsibilities: - Assist project design and documentation efforts - Coordinate with consultants, clients, and contractors - Oversee code compliance (building codes, zoning, ADA, life safety) - Oversee construction administration activities and project closeout - Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources - Perform site visits and prepare field reports - Supervise and mentor junior staff - Preparing and refining presentation materials and drawings - Assist with client meetings, site visits, and project reviews Required Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's Degree Program in Architecture (or similar industry affiliated program) - Non-licensed - 0-3 years of professional experience (no experience required to begin) Preferred Qualifications: - Proficiency in Revit - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Proficiency in Bluebeam - Proficiency in Rendering Software (Lumion, Enscape, D5, Twinmotion, or equivalent) - Awareness of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods - Ability to produce conceptual design drawings, construction documents, and presentations with guidance of senior staff - Visual, verbal, and written communication skills - Team player; Humble; Always looking for best solution regardless of credit - Proactive initiative; Positive attitude; Willingness to learn/Accept critique - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Passion for architecture and a desire to pursue Architectural Experience Program (AXP) and licensure Required Skills: Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Rendering Software, Architectural design principles, Building codes, Construction methods, Construction documents, Project scheduling, Project budgeting, Site visits, Presentation materials preparation, Proactive initiative Benefits: Hybrid work option, Benefits that go beyond the basics, Matching contribution retirement savings plan, Learning & development program, EAP program + family, Generous holiday schedule available, If applicable
