They are seeking interns to support their operations team, providing administrative support and collaborating on various projects related to marketing and client services. Responsibilities: - Assist the Operations Team with implementing new systems and processes to improve cross-departmental efficiency - Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, reviewing contracts and requests for proposals, and filing documents - Collaborate with various departments to coordinate projects and initiatives related to marketing, client services, billing, finance, and legal - Engage in weekly team meetings and discussions regarding business development and operational updates - Support updating financial budgets and trackers and assists with pulling financial reports for reporting and reconciliation - Track new business opportunities and maintain active updates in the Salesforce CRM system in conjunction with the Business Development team - Monitor events, award shows, and other marketing opportunities that Targeted Victory may be interested in participating in - Assist in event management for company events, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, guest list management, and day-of logistics - Process the monthly commissions' workbook from the Finance Team, which includes ensuring spend totals are accurate, updating memos, and flagging any new partnership deals added to the system Required Qualifications: - Team player, self-motivated leader, and eager to help where needed - Attentive to detail and excellent organizational skills - Ability to thrive in a campaign-style work environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) - Effective verbal and written communication - Ability to grasp new skills quickly Required Skills: Microsoft Office, Marketing trends, Salesforce CRM, Effective verbal communication, Effective written communication
