We’re looking for a proactive Quality Control (QC) Technician with deep expertise in analytical testing, audit compliance, and laboratory operations. If you thrive in a multi-shift environment, excel at 24×7 audit readiness, and have hands-on experience with LIR/OOS/OOT investigations, instrument calibration, and GMP/GLP practices, this opportunity in a dynamic pharmaceutical setting is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform analytical testing of raw materials, finished goods, intermediates, and cleaning samples according to monographs and SOPs; record results in analytical sheets, QA forms, LIMS, and online documentation in compliance with data integrity standards.
Calibrate and verify analytical instruments; maintain reserved samples room, chambers, autoclaves, and incubators to ensure optimal functionality.
Manage sampling of finished products and raw materials; coordinate external laboratory submissions and ensure timely approval and rejection labeling.
Maintain chemical stock records and reconciliation of reference standards.
Initiate and investigate LIR, OOS, OOT, and borderline results; report findings to the in-charge.
Participate in internal, external, and regulatory audits; maintain 24/7 audit readiness.
Complete 100% participation in training programs and CAPA initiatives.
Uphold cGMP, GLP, and safety guidelines in the laboratory; maintain housekeeping standards.
Support QC documentation requirements and coordinate with RA and other departments as needed.
Work flexibly across multiple shifts to meet operational demands.
qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry or B.Pharma.
Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years of industrial experience.
