Intern, Editorial & Programming at Tape in Remote

Summary: Tape is a seed-funded startup that curates cultural experiences and events. The Intern, Editorial & Programming will support publishing, app visual curation, and general design tasks for NYC and US initiatives. Responsibilities: - Support the NYC and LA editors to create listings of their upcoming experience selections - Listing creation using app / CMS tools, copywriting about the experience, sourcing, editing and curating visual assets - Review app homefeeds and optimize visual aesthetic with cleared and sourced assets - Review across listing gifs, listing covers, playlist covers, and occasionally support on graphics and design of social media and marketing related assets Required Qualifications: - Strong interpersonal skills with a thoughtful approach to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Deep curiosity for culture and emerging trends across relevant lifestyle sectors - Clear and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing - Strong visual instinct and attention to brand presentation when sourcing assets - Positive 'can-do' and collaborative mindset with a bias toward action who's adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment Important Skills: Copywriting, Visual Curation, Graphic Design Nice-to-Have Skills: Curiosity for Culture, Interpersonal Skills, Effective Communication, Attention to Detail, Collaborative Mindset
