Summary: Tandem is the first AI-native office brokerage, helping fast-growing startups find and lease office space. The Business Development Internship involves engaging with early-stage founders, bringing in new customers, and creating content about their experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Meet YC and early-stage founders. Learn what they're building, what they need, where they're headed. Then make sure they know what Tandem is
- Bring in new customers. Talk to companies hunting for space, find the real problem behind the search, get them touring
- Tour offices across the city. You'll see more San Francisco real estate in three months than most brokers see in a year
- Walk tenants through move-in day, the moment a company gets its first real HQ
- Make content out of all of it. Every move-in is a story. Film it, write it, post it. You figure out the format that works and we'll give you the reach
- Build hacky systems with Claude Code to make all of the above scale. No engineering background required. You'll learn

Required Qualifications:
- A recent grad, or a current student on a gap semester or co-op, who can be in SF full time this fall
- A go-getter with low ego. You've built things, run things, sold things, organized things, hustled for things, on your own initiative
- Someone who genuinely likes people and gets energy from a room full of them instead of being drained by it

Preferred Qualifications:
- sales, customer-facing work, events, community, or running your own thing
