Housekeeper at Tandem Living in Lancaster Township, PA

Location: Woodcrest Villa Compensation: $19.00 to $21.65 / hourly

Current Opening:

• Full-time (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

• Includes rotating weekends and holidays

The Housekeeping Aideperforms various housekeeping duties to ensure TANDEM LIVING maintains a high level of cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere. This position is performed in accordance with TANDEM LIVING Core Values, Mission Statement, and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

• A valid PA driver’s license with a minimum of two (2) years of driving experience is required.

• Previous housekeeping experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting is preferred, but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Thoroughly cleans resident's rooms/apartments/villas as assigned and/or prior to a new admission/move-in.

• Thoroughly cleans and refills supplies in all public areas and public restrooms.

• Cleans insides/outsides of windows/doors.

• Uses step stool/ladder to change out all types of curtains and to clean light fixtures as needed.

• Uses small carpet spotter on carpet spots/upholstery as needed.

• Follows regular cleaning rotation checklists and schedules. Completes required paperwork.

• Works with minimal supervision. Demonstrates good time management skills to ensure all assignments get completed before end of shift.

• Responds to all emails and calls over radio.

• Operates TANDEM LIVING company vehicle as needed.
