F&B Captain at Tamani Marina Hotel in Dubai

We are looking for an experienced and service-focused F&B Captain to lead our restaurant team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and service staff
• Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest requests/complaints
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service
• Maintain cleanliness, setup, and service standards
• Train, guide, and support service team members
• Assist with billing, upselling, and revenue enhancement

Requirements

• 2–3 years of F&B experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
