Marketing Design Intern at Talkspace in Remote

Summary: Talkspace is the world’s leading online therapy company, dedicated to making mental healthcare accessible to all. They are seeking a Marketing Design Intern to assist in developing marketing materials and supporting various creative projects within the marketing team. Responsibilities: - Assist in the creation of designs for social media, landing pages, email campaigns, print materials, and more - Create and build upon primary design principles (typography, layout, information architecture, and visual hierarchy), while improving existing conventions such as frameworks, design systems, guidelines, and templates - Articulate and present creative concepts clearly and concisely - Ensure all creative follows branding guidelines - Partner and collaborate across creative projects with both internal and external stakeholders - Support the team with various administrative and organizational tasks as needed - Assist in research and implementation of AI-related tools Required Qualifications: - Currently enrolled at a design school or holding a bachelor's degree in design - Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite software - Knowledge of After Effects is a huge plus - Organizational and project management skills - ability to manage multiple priorities/deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment - Strong design aesthetic in layout, composition, typography, and color usage - Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and collaboration skills - Self-motivated, comfortable working on tight deadlines and able to respond well to changing priorities - Interest and knowledge of the mental health and wellness space Required Skills: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite Important Skills: Sketch, Design principles Nice-to-Have Skills: After Effects, Interest in mental health, Project management Benefits: Mentorship: You'll be paired with a Talkspace mentor to guide you throughout the program.
