Bilingual Account Executive/Sales, Quebec at Talentuch in Quebec, CA

About the Company

The company isn’t just another SaaS platform; they are the operating system for the modern dental practice. They help clinics reclaim their time, automate their growth, and provide a patient experience that actually feels like the 21st century.

They’ve built the engine and have been growing at an exponential rate. Practices that use their platform don't go back. Now they're accelerating growth across Canada and they need someone who's ready to own a territory, build pipeline from zero, and close deals that matter. They’re looking for a Bilingual Account Executive for the Quebec market, who is part strategist, part hunter, and a total closer.

If you've got experience in dental or healthcare software, understand the chaos of a busy dental practice, and love the thrill of turning a cold prospect into a signed contract — this could be the perfect role for you.

The Mission

You'll own the full sales cycle - from first touch to closed deal. You'll prospect into dental practices across Quebec, run compelling demos, navigate multi-stakeholder deals, and build the kind of relationships that generate referrals for years.

This is a great opportunity to be a key part of a fast-growing company for an outsized impact with an outsized reward.

What You’ll Do

• Strategy & Execution: Own the full sales cycle and annual revenue targets. You’ll design the playbook, not just follow it.
• Pipeline Generation: You build it. Cold outreach, warm leads, referrals, events. You don't wait for leads to fall in your lap.
• Full Sales Cycle: From prospecting through discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close. You run the whole thing. You’re the person who knows how to turn a "maybe" into a "yes”.
• Territory Development: You'll map your market, identify the best-fit practices, and work a smart, consistent strategy to penetrate them.
• Data-Driven Growth: Keep HubSpot tight and use CRM insights to forecast accurately, identify bottlenecks, and pivot strategies in real-time.
• Cross-Functional Magic: You're on the front lines. Share what you're hearing in the field with product and marketing so we get better together.

Who You Are

• The Hunter: You don't wait for inbound. You're comfortable picking up the phone, writing a sharp cold email, and showing up where your buyers are. You have a genuine bias for action.
• The Industry Insider: You've sold into dental practices, DSOs, or healthcare-adjacent businesses before. You know what a practice owner actually cares about — and it's not your feature list.
• The Software Seller: You understand SaaS. You can explain ROI, speak to integrations, and handle the "we already have a system" objection in your sleep.
• The Grit: You're coachable, competitive, and obsessed with getting better. You thrive in the fast-paced, sometimes chaotic energy of a scaling company. You see a challenge and think, "Watch this."
• The Team Player: You care more about the team’s win than your own ego.
• The Believer: You want to be at a company that's going somewhere. You want equity, not just a paycheck. You want to look back in three years and say you were part of building something.

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual – French and English
• 3-5+ years of B2B Sales experience (full-cycle experience preferred).
• Background in dental is required.
• Proven track record of building pipeline independently – not just working inbound queues.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, startup environment where the playbook is still being written.

Why Join

• Impact: This isn’t a Fortune 500 where your deals are a rounding error. Your wins move the company. We are genuinely changing how dental healthcare providers operate.
• Culture: We value transparency, high energy, and the occasional celebratory win.
• Growth: You’ll have a seat at the table to help shape the future of the company.
• The Perks: Aggressive and Competitive OTE (On-Target Earnings), equity options, comprehensive benefits, and a remote-friendly environment.
