Talentspoc is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hospital Operation Manager to oversee and manage the hospital's operational activities. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring efficient hospital operations, optimizing resource utilization, enhancing patient care services, and supporting clinical and administrative teams.
This role requires strong leadership and operational expertise, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the hospital, including clinical and non-clinical departments.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient patient care delivery.
Implement operational policies, procedures, and standards in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Monitor hospital performance metrics and identify areas for operational improvement.
Assist in budget preparation, cost management, and resource allocation.
Supervise operational staff and ensure they maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
Support quality assurance initiatives, patient safety programs, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with medical staff to optimize clinical operations and patient satisfaction.
Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and inventory management.
Prepare operational reports and present findings to senior management.
Lead change management initiatives to enhance hospital efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hospital or healthcare operations management.
Strong knowledge of hospital operational functions, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with budgeting, resource management, and process improvement.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
Understanding of patient care systems and hospital workflows.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
