Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end transport and fleet operations.
- Plan and optimize truck/trailer dispatches for project cargo.
- Coordinate with ports, terminals, customs brokers and clearing agents.
- Monitor vessel schedules, cargo movement and turnaround time.
- Ensure fleet maintenance, HSE and regulatory compliance.
- Manage drivers, vendors and 3PL partners.
- Monitor fuel, fleet utilization and operational costs.
- Handle customer escalations, delays and cargo discrepancies.
