Job Description
Title: Mammography Technologist
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: 1000 Johnson Ferry Road NE, Women's Center, Atrium Level
Atlanta, Georgia 30342
Schedule: Days Shift 5x8-Hour 40hours/week
- Shift: 9:30 AM–6:00 PM | Mon–Fri
- Location: Atlanta Main Women’s Breast Care Center, Atlanta, GA
- Experience: 2+ years Mammography experience
- Certifications: ARRT (Mammo) + BLS
- Local: No candidates within 50 miles
- Machine: Hologic
- Travel Experience: At least 1 completed travel assignment required
- Volume: Extremely high-volume department — ~100 patients/day
- Services: Mammograms, Breast US, Bone Density & Breast Biopsy procedures
- Holiday: Must work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s) + 1 minor holiday (Black Friday, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve)
- Compliance: Due Wednesday prior to Monday start
- Badge Photo: Yes
- Key: Must be a highly experienced Mammography Tech due to very high patient volume.
