Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: We are looking for a Mainframe Production Support Engineer to support and maintain businesscritical mainframe applications. The role involves monitoring production systems, resolving incidents, ensuring SLA compliance, and coordinating with development and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operations.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and manage enterprise CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
Manage GitHub repositories, branching strategies, pull requests, and workflow automation.
Implement and maintain DevOps automation across development and deployment processes.
Support Digital AI technologies and AI-driven engineering practices.
Collaborate with developers, architects, product teams, and other stakeholders.
Develop or integrate RESTful APIs where required.
Contribute to Platform Engineering and developer productivity initiatives.
Document and showcase technical feature designs, workflows, and solutions.
Participate in technical/product discussions and team meetings.
Research and adopt emerging DevOps, cloud, automation, and AI engineering trends.
Troubleshoot CI/CD, infrastructure, deployment, and automation issues.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Must Have
Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
Strong expertise in GitHub, including:
Repository management
Branching strategies
GitHub Actions
Workflow automation
Strong understanding of DevOps principles, methodologies, and tools.
Experience designing and managing enterprise-level CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with cloud platforms GCP preferred; strong AWS/Azure experience can also be considered.
Experience with automation and scripting.
Exposure to Digital AI technologies / AI-driven engineering practices.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Good to Have / Preferred
GCP experience — preferred.
RESTful API development/integration.
Platform Engineering experience.
Developer productivity tools.
Experience with additional automation frameworks.
Experience with multiple cloud platforms.
Ability to document and present feature designs/workflows.
Awareness of current DevOps, cloud, AI, and engineering trends.
