Role & responsibilities

• Receive and review enquiries, tenders, BOQs, drawings and technical specifications.
• Understand the scope of work, client requirements, contractual conditions and delivery schedules.
• Prepare detailed estimates for materials, labour, equipment, transportation, installation and other project-related costs.
• Prepare rate analysis, cost sheets, techno-commercial offers and final quotations.
• Submit quotations and tender proposals accurately and within the specified time.
• Maintain proper records of estimates, quotations, supplier offers and tender correspondence.
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager to understand customer requirements/ enquiries and business opportunities.
• Support the sales team during pre-bid meetings, client presentations and negotiations.
• Follow up with clients regarding submitted quotations and tender status.
