Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Executive – Architects & Design Offices to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, design offices, developers, and other key industry stakeholders. The role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, promoting the company's products and solutions, securing project specifications, and supporting the conversion of design-stage opportunities into successful sales.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field..
Experience Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Specification, or Key Account Management.
Previous experience in the architecture, interior design, construction, building materials, furniture, lighting, façade, flooring, , finishing materials, or related industries is an advantage.
Strong understanding of the architectural and design industry and its project lifecycle.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
Excellent follow-up and project-tracking abilities.
Commercial awareness and understanding of the sales process.
Ability to identify opportunities and convert relationships into business.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Architects & Design Office Relations Ensure the company's products are considered and specified within relevant projects.
Reporting & Strategy regular reports covering New leads and opportunities
Project & Specification Management
- Track projects from the concept/design stage through specification, tender, procurement, and execution.
Sales Support & Commercial Activities Support the preparation of quotations, proposals, samples, and technical documentation.
Monitor sales opportunities generated through design offices and contribute to achieving revenue targets.
