About the Role

We are looking for a smart, computer-savvy and technology-oriented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Technology Specialist. The ideal candidate must be very good at computer operations, have a good understanding of IT, communicate fluently in English and be willing to learn and work with real estate technology solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate computers and handle daily office technology tasks efficiently.
• Assist clients with using our real estate management software and mobile applications.
• Support customers with account registration, setup and basic technical issues.
• Demonstrate our property management platform to prospective clients.
• Contact real estate companies and introduce them to our services.
• Follow up with prospective customers and assist with client onboarding.
• Maintain customer records and prepare basic reports.
• Support the team with administrative and other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Must be highly proficient in computer operations and have a good knowledge of IT.
• Must speak and write English fluently.
• A graduate of any discipline is eligible to apply.
• A degree or background in Estate Management or a related real estate course is an added advantage.
• Must be confident, organised, hardworking and willing to learn.
• Must possess good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must reside in or very close to Bodija, Ibadan, to ensure convenient daily commuting.
• Must be available for full-time, physical office work.
