They are seeking a motivated Electrical Engineering Intern to help develop and scale test infrastructure for their cutting-edge sensing technology. Responsibilities: - Automate lab equipment and validation workflows - Design and build custom PCBs for test jigs - Contributing to embedded firmware to support test hooks and diagnostics - Build out a continuous integration (CI) test rack to automatically validate firmware releases and sensor performance - Assist with sensor characterization and calibration to reduce device-to-device variability - Document and clearly present engineering findings and recommendations Required Qualifications: - Motivated Electrical Engineering Intern to help develop and scale test infrastructure for sensing technology - Hands-on experience across hardware, firmware, and automation systems - Focus on improving test coverage and product reliability - Automate lab equipment and validation workflows - Design and build custom PCBs for test jigs - Contributing to embedded firmware to support test hooks and diagnostics - Build out a continuous integration (CI) test rack to automatically validate firmware releases and sensor performance - Assist with sensor characterization and calibration to reduce device-to-device variability - Document and clearly present engineering findings and recommendations Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Python, PCB Design (Altium), Embedded C/C++ - Independent work ethic, flexibility, and resourcefulness - Effective communication and collaboration skills - Comfortable in fast moving startup environment, excited to build independently Required Skills: Python, PCB Design, Altium, Embedded C, Embedded C++, Firmware Development, Sensor Characterization, Calibration, Test Automation, Continuous Integration, Independent Work Ethic, Flexibility, Resourcefulness, Effective Communication, Collaboration
