Mobile Expert, Bilingual at T-Mobile in Addison, TX

Summary: T-Mobile is seeking a bilingual Mobile Expert to serve as a brand ambassador within its retail team. The role focuses on serving and selling to customers, building loyalty, providing an excellent customer experience, and recommending wireless devices and service solutions while meeting sales and quality targets.

Responsibilities:
- Serving and selling to our customers, while providing a best in class customer experience and building loyalty
- Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding
- Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources
- Makes the most of their time on shift, consistently seeking out information between customers, learning about innovations in wireless and technology
- Partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)

- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:
- Less than 2 years 30 days T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience (Preferred)
- Less than 2 years 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (Preferred)
