Summer 2026 IT Intern – AI Agent Development

Summary: T.D. Williamson is dedicated to ensuring the safety and reliability of pipelines in communities, and they are seeking a driven intern for AI Agent Development. This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered agents to enhance efficiency and improve user experience, providing hands-on experience and mentorship throughout the internship. Responsibilities: - Assist in developing high-value AI use cases in collaboration with business stakeholders - Design and develop agents using Copilot Studio and Power Platform tools - Create, test, and refine prompts to ensure high-quality, reliable outputs - Integrate agents with enterprise systems (Power BI, APIs, SharePoint, etc.) - Create user guides/quick start materials - Develop performance and adoption metrics - Support pilot groups and gather feedback - Develop structured test cases and evaluate agent performance and accuracy - Present on AI agent development at the end of the internship Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field - Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and operating systems - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform) would be a plus - Basic understanding of Power Automate or Logic Apps for workflow automation - Data literacy — understanding how to work with structured/unstructured data inputs - Prompt creation and engineering - Communication skills for documenting use cases and presenting findings to stakeholders Required Skills: Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Power Platform, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Data literacy, Prompt creation, Computer systems, Networks, Operating systems, Analytical skills, work as part of a team, Eagerness to learn, Interpersonal abilities, adapt Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer Benefits: Mentorship from experienced professionals, Opportunities to contribute to impactful projects
