Summary: Syska Hennessy Group is a global leader in consulting, engineering, and commissioning services, specializing in various technical domains. They are seeking an IS (Information System) Summer Intern to support their Information System team in strategy and operations related to enterprise platforms such as ERP and CRM while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities: - Salesforce - Will assist System Admins in configuration, building new features, automations, reports, etc - Power BI - May be involved in report building or configuration - End Users - Will assist in ensuring all users have the necessary user accounts, licenses and privileges for all relevant Syska owned information systems - Implementations - Will assist in configuring and testing new functional components in all relevant Syska owned information systems - Integrations - Will assist in specifying, configuring and testing new and existing integrations between Syska owner information systems - Meetings - Will attend, participate and assist in team meetings, take notes, execute on assigned action items, etc - Will take on additional tasks as required - Will attend intern education program lunch-and-learn sessions Required Qualifications: - Pursing a Bachelor's Degree - Must be at a minimum in your second year - Previous engineering internship or co-op experience a plus - Basic knowledge in design and calculation software; MS Office Suite Required Skills: Salesforce, Power BI Important Skills: ERP systems, CRM systems Nice-to-Have Skills: MS Office Suite Benefits: 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching, Commuter Benefits, NY PFL, Robust, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance and supplemental benefit plans, 401(k) plan with a generous employer matching program, Training and professional development courses, Professional development incentive bonuses, Dynamic Employee Resource Groups, Competitive Paid Time Off (PTO) policy, Transit/parking employer stipend, ½ day work from home Fridays all year long
