Job Description
Summary: Syntiant Corp., a leader in the high-growth AI software and semiconductor solutions space, is looking for an Analog/Mixed Signal ASIC Design Engineer Intern to take on a critical role to enhance our IC Development Team. As an Analog/Mixed Signal Intern Design Engineer, you will join a team that designs the analog or mixed signal elements for digital microphones, contributing to the development of mixed-mode ASICs for OEM consumer electronic microphones.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of new technology platforms and high volume products including these phases of ASIC development:
- Requirements and design specification
- System design
- Analog and mixed mode circuit design focusing on low voltage, low power and low noise
- Design evaluation
- Test of digital microphone ASICs
Required Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree (Ph.D or M.S.) in Electrical Engineering, specialized in Analog/Mixed Signal Circuit Design
- Project experience through university work and/or past internships in analog or mixed mode ASIC design, ideally within audio applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- CMOS circuit design and technology
- Switched capacitor circuits

- PTAT current sources
