Syntax Global is looking for skilled Voice-Based Travel Support Experts to assist US-based clients with bookings and travel support.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound travel support calls (no sales)
- Assist with flight, hotel, and cruise inquiries
- Provide ticketing and booking assistance
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent spoken English and phone etiquette
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or customer support will be an added advantage
- Ability to work in US time zones (night shift IST)
- Strong communication, problem-solving & customer service skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
