Summary: Symbotic is an automation technology leader reimagining the supply chain with its AI-powered robotic and software platform. The primary responsibility of the Inspection Technician I is to execute all functions of inspection of robotic vehicles and subassemblies, providing feedback to management on any discrepancies in the materials returned. Responsibilities: - Inspected incoming materials - Under limited supervision, determine repair actions required and replacement parts needed - Provide feedback to the Quality team about received materials to determine warranty status - Maintain Quality Inspection requirements and results to properly record inspection data - Accurately document inspection data, observations, and retain paperwork and electronic records in compliance with approved procedures utilizing Good Documentation Practices (GDP) - Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations - Provide input for continuous improvement of inspection procedures, specifications, and processes Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma or Equivalent - Minimum of 1-3 years of previous experience in the Machine Shop or Manufacturing Assembly Environment preferred - Computer knowledge using Microsoft Windows & Microsoft Word & Excel - Initiative-taking and highly organized - Able to lift 60 pounds and can stand for extended periods of time - Ability to manage multiple tasks - Demonstrates initiative and is self-motivated - Hands-on skill set required; ready to learn, absorb, and utilize information in a demanding environment Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with ERP applications such as SAP or Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) preferred Required Skills: Inspection, Robotic vehicle inspection, Operations Method Sheets (OMS), Quality Inspection, Documentation Practices (GDP), Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, ERP applications, SAP, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Machine Shop experience, Manufacturing Assembly experience, manage multiple tasks Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, 401K, PTO, Other benefits
