• Support and actively contribute to the development of new Seeq use cases (process optimization, monitoring, anomaly detection, performance analysis, etc.)

• Collaborate with domain experts to turn operational problems into scalable Seeq analyses

• Promote best practices for Seeq analysis design, performance, and reuse

Training & Knowledge Enablement

• Develop and maintain training materials (guides, tutorials, videos, example notebooks, best-practice documentation)

• Deliver onboarding sessions and advanced training for different user profiles (engineers, analysts, power users)

• Act as a Seeq “champion” internally, helping grow user maturity and self-service analytics adoption

Continuous Improvement

• Monitor platform usage, performance, and adoption metrics

• Propose improvements to tooling, processes, and governance around Seeq usage

• Stay up to date with new Seeq features and proactively assess their value for the organization

You will bring:

Required Skills & Experience

• Ability to diagnose complex technical issues and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience working with external vendors or SaaS providers

• Strong documentation and training material creation skills

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
