Pickup Service Specialist at SwiftX Inc. in Santa Fe Springs, CA

Assist with daily pickup scheduling and dispatch coordination

Follow up on pickup status and report delays or issues

Communicate with drivers and customers regarding basic pickup updates

Assist with pickup arrangements for key customers

Help handle basic pickup issues and escalate when needed

Maintain pickup records and update operational information

Support communication between warehouse, transportation, and other teams

Assist with daily operational tasks and peak season support

Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Strong communication and coordination skills

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment

Proficiency in Excel and basic operational systems

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Bilingual in Mandarin and English

Supervisor: 60k-75k + Bonus / Specialist: 21-25/hr +1.5OT +Bonus
