Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries from potential clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Promote visa and travel-related services.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain client records and update CRM systems.
• Provide accurate information about visa requirements and application processes.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Manage daily sales activities independently while working remotely.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, travel, or visa consultancy is preferred.
• Fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, WhatsApp, and CRM systems.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work.
