Job Description –AI Developer Experience:2–5years Location:Madrid Language:High level of English required Overview We are seeking anAI Developer with 2–5 years of experienceto design, build, and deploy intelligent systems that enhance products and business processes. The role focuses on developingmachine learning models, AI-powered features, and data-driven solutions, integrating them into scalable applications. You will work closely with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions, ensuring performance, reliability, and responsible AI practices. Key Responsibilities Conductresearch and experimentationon emerging AI/ML techniques, frameworks, and tools. Design and developprototypes and proof-of-concepts (PoCs)to validate new ideas and technologies. Build and deploymachine learning modelsand AI-powered features. Performdata exploration, feature engineering, and model evaluation. Collaborate with product and business teams to identifyinnovation opportunities and AI use cases. Translate research outcomes intopractical, scalable solutionsfor production environments. Stay up to date with the latest advancements inAI, Generative AI, and data science. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, documentation, andtechnical innovation initiatives. Ensure propertesting, validation, and monitoringof AI models. Work closely with engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into applications and APIs. Required Skills & Qualifications 2–5 years of experience inAI/ML development, data science, or applied research roles. Strong programming skills inPython(primary language). Experience withmachine learning frameworkssuch as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Solid understanding ofML algorithms, statistics, and model evaluation techniques. Ability toprototype quicklyand iterate based on findings. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Familiarity withsoftware engineering best practices, including testing and version control (Git). High level of English, spoken and written. Preferred / Optional Qualifications Familiarity with front-end development workflows and ability to collaborate effectively with developers. Familiarity withDocker/Kubernetesfor scalable deployments. Exposure to frontend or API development to integrate AI prototypes into applications. Experience in innovation labs, hackathons, or R&D environments (a plus). Experience with CI/CD environments and version control tools (e.g., Git) for design handoff. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
