Sales Consultant at Swickard Auto Group in Lynnwood, WA

Description

Seattle, WA | Porsche | Luxury European brand | No automotive experience required | Hospitality experience welcome | Sales experience welcome | Pacific Northwest | Seattle metro | Veterans encouraged to apply | $36,000 - $180,000+ OTE

IS THIS YOU?

• You're a genuine, polished communicator who earns trust through curiosity and preparation -- Porsche buyers are passionate, informed, and choose the person they buy from as deliberately as they choose the car

• You come from luxury hospitality, financial services, technology, or another consultative background and you're ready to represent one of the world's most recognized performance brands to a Seattle ownership community that takes it seriously

WHO WE ARE

Porsche Seattle North is part of Swickard Auto Group, a hospitality company in the retail automotive space built on one idea -- be the favorite of our guests, our employees, and our manufacturing partners. We operate 40+ dealerships across the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii, and whether you're in Seattle or Anchorage, the standard is the same. Do right by people, every time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Welcome guests with genuine curiosity -- understanding what brought them to Porsche and what matters most to them before presenting any vehicle

• Develop deep Porsche product knowledge through paid training -- learning the full lineup, performance credentials, technology features, and model histories well enough to have real conversations with buyers who know the brand

• Present vehicles and conduct test drives that connect Porsche's performance, design, and engineering to what each buyer actually values

• Build and manage a client pipeline through consistent, disciplined follow-up and CRM use -- Porsche buyers refer their network to the consultants who take care of them

• Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase experience

• Meet monthly targets across volume, gross, and CSI

• Represent Porsche Seattle North and Swickard's hospitality standard in every guest interaction

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• No automotive experience required -- paid Porsche brand and product training provided from day one

• Luxury hospitality, financial services, technology, or consultative sales experience strongly preferred -- backgrounds where genuine expertise and relationship-building are the standard transfer directly to Porsche's buyer profile

• Genuine enthusiasm for the Porsche brand -- the 911, Cayenne, Taycan, and the rest of the lineup have real stories and the consultant who finds them compelling has better conversations with buyers who feel the same way

• Polished, composed presence -- Porsche buyers are deliberate and perceptive. Preparation and authenticity earn their trust; pressure loses it

• Self-motivated with a genuine drive to build a long-term book of repeat and referral buyers

• Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication, or quick to learn them

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

WHAT WE OFFER

• OTE of $40,000 - $180,000+/yr -- the wide range reflects where consultants start versus what top performers earn once they've built their book

• Paid Porsche brand and product training from day one -- no automotive background required to start

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance

• Life insurance and supplemental coverage options

• Paid time off and paid holidays

• Clear career path -- strong Sales Consultants grow into finance, management, and leadership roles at Swickard

• Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts

WHY PORSCHE SEATTLE NORTH

• Porsche buyers choose the person they buy from as carefully as they choose the car -- the consultant who earns a Seattle Porsche owner's trust earns their next vehicle, their referrals, and a relationship that generates income without starting from scratch every month

• Seattle's tech-forward, performance-oriented community is a natural fit for Porsche's engineering and innovation story -- buyers here want to talk about what the car does and why, and the consultant who engages that conversation authentically builds faster and deeper relationships

• The wide OTE range is real -- $40K/year is where new consultants start while building product knowledge and pipeline. $180K/year is what top performers earn once the book is established. The path between them is product knowledge, consistent follow-up, and genuine care for the guest

• Swickard is one of the fastest-growing dealer groups in the country -- ranked Top 5 in North America for reputation in the automotive industry

• Our HEART values -- Honor, Engage, Anticipate, Respond, Thank -- are the foundation of how we sell, serve, and develop our people

If you're a relationship-driven sales professional ready to represent one of the world's most recognized performance brands to a passionate Seattle ownership community -- apply.
