Responsibilities:
- Interact closely and frequently with vendors to ensure work is completed
- Responsible for appropriate response and follow-up on all vendors
- Ensure prompt and thorough resolution of any issues
- Preparing documentation to set up new vendors
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for the vendors
- Be the sole point of contact for vendors while at the same time representing the brand in every interaction you have with vendors

Required Qualifications:
- You have a high EQ and are passionate and caring towards clients
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and in person
- Take initiative and ownership of your role end to end, while being able to work independently
- Need little oversight and prioritize and fulfill your tasks completely on your own
- Superior organizational skills, integrity and great follow-through on tasks
- Comfortable working under pressure in a geographically distributed and cross-functional environment
