Job Summary

We are looking for qualified and experienced Speech-Language Therapists (SLTs) to join our client’s healthcare team in Mal City, Maldives. The ideal candidate should have relevant academic qualifications, professional registration, and at least 2 years of experience in speech and language therapy.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients’ needs.
• Conduct speech and language assessments and maintain accurate patient records.
• Provide appropriate therapy techniques and monitor patient progress.
• Work closely with patients, families, doctors, teachers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide guidance and education to patients and caregivers regarding therapy and home-based exercises.
• Maintain professional standards, confidentiality, and ethical practices.
• Prepare progress reports and documentation as required.

Eligibility / Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Therapy / Speech-Language Pathology / Audiology and Speech Pathology.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Valid professional registration.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
