Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns via calls, email, and chat.
• Provide clear and detailed information about products and services.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain quality and compliance standards during customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation is not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good customer handling and support knowledge.
• Typing speed: 35 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Flexible to work from office and night shifts.
• Candidate must reside within 25 km radius of the work location.

Eligibility:-Freshers and Experience minimum 6 Months exp in Voice Process

• Rotational Shifts
• Rotational Week Offs
