Job Details

Role: Airline Refunds Executive

Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Week Off: Fixed Saturday & Sunday

Salary: Up to 23,000 CTC + Travel Allowance up to 3,500/month

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Eligibility

IATA Certified freshers are welcome to apply

Candidates with prior experience in Airline Refunds / Travel Process preferred

Good communication skills and attention to detail

Required Knowledge

Voluntary & Involuntary Refunds

YQ/YR Taxes

Airport Codes & Geo Codes

PNR creation, retrieval & management

Airline fare rules & refund calculations

Basic knowledge of GDS Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre

Strong attention to detail

Preferred Profile

IATA Certified candidates

Experience in airline refunds, ticketing, reservations, or travel operations

Immediate joiners preferred
