Job Details
- Process: International Voice Process (Banking Support)
- Date of Joining: 3rd August
- Shift: US Shift (5:00 PM 11:00 AM, 9-hour rotational shift)
- Week Off: Any 2 Rotational Offs
- Salary: 23,000 Net Take Home + Performance-Based Incentives (PBI)
Eligibility
- Minimum HSC Pass
- 6 months of International BPO experience Voice (on paper)
- Excellent English communication skills (B2/C1 level)
- No age criteria
Work From Home Requirements
- Permanent Work From Home
- Candidate must have their own laptop from the first week of training (company will not provide a laptop)
- Minimum 100 Mbps internet connection (wired/broadband preferred)
- Camera must remain ON throughout the shift
- Stable internet connection with no frequent power or network issues
Location Eligibility
Candidates residing across Mumbai are eligible, including:
- Western Line (Churchgate to Dahisar)
- Central Line
- Harbour Line
- Ulhasnagar
