Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the content team to audit nursing practice questions and rationales; you will provide a "student’s-eye view" to ensure explanations are clear, cross-reference content with current nursing textbooks for consistency, and identify areas where rationales can be simplified or expanded to better support peer learning - Provide user experience feedback on digital learning tools, helping our developers make the interface more intuitive for nursing and healthcare study sessions - Assist in tracking changes to state board requirements and emerging trends in nursing school curricula to keep Kaplan materials ahead of the curve - Help draft supplemental study guides, blog posts, or social media educational snippets tailored to the needs and "pain points" of current nursing students - Participate in remote meetings with tech, marketing, and education teams to help align our products with the modern student experience Required Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in Bachelor's degree program in Nursing - Active undergraduate student in their Sophomore, Junior, or Senior year - Demonstrated academic achievement - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Enthusiastic and has a growth mindset, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and priorities, adaptable, a critical thinker, organized and collaborative Required Skills: Nursing knowledge, Curriculum research, Educational content review, Digital learning tools feedback
