They are seeking an Innovations Cross-Functional Intern to gain hands-on experience across various functions including product, operation, marketing, and technology, aimed at improving educational experiences for students. Responsibilities: - Support research and content development for new online pre college programs and student experiences - Assist with social media, content creation and marketing initiatives that help reach students and parents - Help analyze student feedback, course performance and market trends to inform product improvements - Collaborate with operations and technology teams to support process and product improvements - Learn about video production and assist with filming coordination as well as video creation and review - Contribute to cross functional projects to improve how we design, launch and manage courses with university partners - Participate in team meetings brainstorming sessions and internal presentation, sharing insights and recommendations Required Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in Bachelor's degree program (please list specific areas of studies) - Active undergraduate student in their Sophomore, Junior, or Senior year - Strong interest in education, student experiences and working with top universities - Demonstrated academic achievement - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Enthusiastic and has a growth mindset, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and priorities, adaptable, a critical thinker, organized and collaborative - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a remote setting Preferred Qualifications: - Interest in edtech, online learning or digital product development.
