Premium Marketing Lead (Incogni) at Surfshark in Warsaw

Incogni is on a mission to give people back control of their personal data. We hunt down data brokers and get your information removed—automatically. Now we're building something new: Incogni Concierge, a premium privacy service that pairs our technology with hands-on support from real privacy specialists, built for people who have the most to protect.

We're looking for someone to own this from the ground up. There's no playbook yet. You'll write it.

If you want to:

• Own the growth of Incogni Concierge end to end—demand, acquisition, revenue, all of it;

• Build the go-to-market strategy across audiences, from self-directed affluent customers to business owners, executives, and family offices;

• Figure out how we actually sell—testing the right mix of direct acquisition, consultative sales, upsell, and partnerships;

• Build partnerships that turn into real revenue, across wealth management, financial advisors, insurance, executive networks, and cybersecurity;

• Work with our Acquisition, Lifecycle, Brand, PR, Sales, and Customer Success teams to grow Concierge faster;

• Get close to customers—learn their concerns, their buying behavior, their objections, and what they'll pay—then feed that back into what we build;

• Build a clear view of the funnel and the unit economics, and move resources toward whatever's working;

• Spot where Concierge can grow into a broader business for affluent customers;

• Build the team around the opportunity as it scales.

And you check off:

• Proven experience of owning real commercial outcomes—revenue, demand, acquisition—not just shipping projects or campaigns;

• Proven experience of building or scaling a new product, market, or revenue stream from an early stage;

• Strong commercial instincts, and the drive to take an opportunity from idea to money in the bank;

• A knack for building go-to-market strategies and knowing which customers, channels, and sales models can actually scale;

• Real partnership and business development skill—you find the opportunity, build the relationship, negotiate, and make it pay off;

• A customer-first mindset, and the patience to understand what demanding people really need;

• The ability to work closely with Product and shape the roadmap without owning it;

• Strong analytical thinking—funnels, conversion, unit economics, experimentation;

• High autonomy and low ego—you bring teams together and care about outcomes over turf;

• Comfort with ambiguity, because you'll be building the foundations as you go;

• Experience with affluent or high-net-worth customers, premium services, wealth management, financial services, cybersecurity, privacy, or insurance is valuable, but not a prerequisite.

Here’s the deal:

• Growth and learning opportunities: time dedicated to learning, conferences, online learning platforms, and books for your professional development;

• Health and wellness: we want you to feel and be your best. That's why we offer various benefits, from online workouts and a physical coach to health insurance and regular mental health checks;

• Tools of your choice: choose the technical equipment and tools you need to do your best work;

• Community and celebrations: get ready for long-lasting traditions such as yearly workation, Friday get-togethers, various team buildings and company celebrations;

• Work-life balance: We encourage working in the office, with the possibility of up to two remote days per week. Plus, with our WFA policy, you can work from almost anywhere in the world;

• More days off: additional vacation days depending on your tenure;

• Premium Surfshark accounts: for you, your family, and friends;

• Gross salary: from 23000 - 32000 PLN/month for the Polish market or 5200 - 6300 EUR/month for the Lithuanian market. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
